I got my card on the event, I even register it through SMS process. I just type is sequence:

8-digit Card Number <space> 3-digit IVC number <space> Referral Code and send to 2158 9728 (Globe Users) and 22565 9728 (Smart Users).

You will receive a confirmation via SMS afterwards and your free Php100 LCredits will be added to your balance which you will also receive a notification via SMS.  Just to share with you, I even download their app which I found on Google Play to have my LoyalWallet account.
